On October 6, we gathered our vibrant One Health Emerging Infectious Diseases (1h-EID) community to celebrate the 2025 Welcome Party. A memorable occasion that brought together master students, doctoral students, alumni, researchers, staff members, and partners.
This event marked a significant milestone as we celebrated two years of the 1H-EID program and honored our first cohort of students who graduated in 2023. We are proud to congratulate these graduates who continue to thrive in their studies and careers while remaining active and valued members of our community. Their ongoing engagement exemplifies the lasting impact of the 1H-EID approach.
The evening featured an engaging icebreaker activity and an interactive serious game that fostered collaboration and exchange among participants. These activities, combined with dedicated networking sessions, created a dynamic atmosphere where new connections were forged and existing partnerships were strengthened.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our institutional partners: the Pasteur Institute, Sorbonne University, and École Vétérinaire de Maison Alfort for their unwavering commitment to the program. Special thanks also go to the Université Paris Cité teams whose dedicated support makes our actions possible.
The energy and enthusiasm shared throughout the event truly embodied the collaborative spirit of the 1H-EID community. We look forward to continuing this tradition and building upon the strong foundation we have established together.
